Today’s Message: Living A Psalm 23 Life (part II)

Today’s Scripture: Psalm 23: 4 – 6

An interesting transition takes place in today’s Scripture; David goes from talking “about” the Lord to talking “to” the Lord. I believe he gets so excited about all the Lord has done and is doing for him that he just breaks out in prayer communing with his God. As we mature in Christ, may we be so excited about Him that we move from talking about Him to speaking to Him more as well.

Today’s Message: Living A Psalm 23 Life

Today’s Scripture: Psalm 23: 1 – 3

Sheep have a tendency to stray and go their own way even to their own detriment. Sheep need a shepherd to guide, guard and protect them from harm. Perhaps that’s why God chose the “sheep” image to refer to us in His Word. Isaiah 53, “we all like sheep have gone astray, each to his own way”. Thankfully we have a Shepherd in Jesus to lead us in the way everlasting.
