Will Cooke – Sister City Choral Collaboration

Voices of Virginia, a choir composed of Charlottesville youth, will depart Wednesday, June 12th for a musical tour to Charlottesville’s sister-city of Besançon, France and Paris. The ensemble is made up of students from Albemarle High School, Charlottesville High School, and St. Anne’s-Belfield School. They are directed by, Jennifer Morris, Will Cooke, and Will Nichols.
CHS Choir Director Will Cooke, and a group of students join Wendy to talk about this exciting opportunity.

The Charlottesville Swans Synchronized Swimming team has upcoming water shows today, June 8, at Fairview Swim & Tennis Club, and Friday, June 14, at Fry’s Spring Beach Club. Both shows begin at 7pm, and are free and open to the public. Coach Samantha Elhart and her swimmers join Wendy to preview the upcoming events.
