Chief Economist, Lisa Sturtevant, was Michael’s guest Saturday. She reviewed the Virginia Realtor Association’s end of the year market report. Although the last couple of months of 2021 showed less sales, she feels the housing market, even with rising interest rates, will remain strong in 2022.
