Where Does Virginia Fall on the Housing Hardship Index?

Les Sinclair interviews Bankrate.com analyst Jeff Ostrowski  about their Housing Hardship Index. Virginia is ranked 35. New York’s economy is now number one, faring the worst during coronavirus, according to Bankrate’s latest iteration of the Housing Hardship Index.  Aside from New York, the top states suffering the most are: Nevada, New Jersey, Mississippi and Massachusetts. The 5 states faring the best are: Nebraska, South Dakota, Montana, Utah and Idaho (with Idaho being the best).
