Gene Everett Washington  is accused of murdering Robin and Mani Aldridge last December and he’s now being charged with capital murder. Also, in a unanimous decision today The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a case out of Charlottesville, Virginia.  In McFadden v. United States SCOTUS said that the Controlled Substance Act and its Analogue Act require the government to prove that the defendant knew he was distributing a substance that is substantially similar to a regulated substance.
