PVCC WORKFORCE SERVICES OFFERS INTELLIGENCE BOOT CAMP

Charlottesville, Va. – Piedmont Virginia Community College Workforce Services, in partnership with ATIC (Advanced Technical Intelligence Center for Human Capital Development), is now accepting applications for its Analyst Boot Camp (ABC), a rigorous 10-week, 400-hour course designed to provide students with the necessary tools for a career in the intelligence community.

The ABC runs from Sept. 15 through Nov. 21. This is the final session of classes offered through PVCC, and on the entire east coast, before ATIC moves the program to its headquarters in Dayton, Ohio. Tuition for the course is $9,995. The program has been approved for post-9/11 GI Bill benefits.
(4:52:56 PM): A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is recommended for the program; however, in certain circumstances, applicants with less than a bachelor’s degree may be considered given previous experience relevant to positions within the intelligent community or Department of Defense.

Enrollment in the ABC is limited to U.S. citizens who must submit their résumé and take part in a phone interview. Students accepted into the program will apply for Secret Security Clearance during their first week of class and have the opportunity to apply for Top Secret Clearance before finishing the program.
