Fluvanna County’s premier community event, the 23rd annual Old Farm Day is today, May 4th, at Pleasant Grove, 1730 Thomas Jefferson Parkway, in Palmyra. This year’s event features live music, food, pony rides, a petting zoo, HUGE farm equipment; lots of artists and craftspeople, heritage crafters, local businesses and non-profits. New this year, a Tasting Garden! Thistle Gate, Cunningham Creek, James River Brewery and Castle Hill Cider will be there, Plus, a preview of the Farm Heritage Museum. So much cool stuff!

Event co-chair Tricia Johnson joins Wendy Edwards to preview today’s festivities.
