Steven L. Johnson is an associate professor of Commerce in UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce and talks with Les Sinclair about how this “Pivot Strategy” might be the one key step that could improve the bottom line. The findings, released in the MIS Quarterly scholarly journal in March, were also published in the Harvard Business Review.
