Weiner gets no new trial and an eight year sentence.

Weiner was in Albemarle Circuit Court Tuesday where his attorney had filed a motion to throw out the jury’s verdict. Judge Cheryl Higgins denied the motion and proceeded to sentencing where she gave Weiner a total of 8 years.
