Statues Not Permitted to Be Removed from Charlottesville City

The state Supreme Court has granted a hearing on the city appeal of the Charlottesville Circuit Court ruling preventing the city from removing the two downtown park Confederate statues. WINA News spoke with Legal Analyst Scott Goodman about why Charlottesville is still unable to remove the statues, even though the debate essentially started here.
