Vietnam veteran Ruben Armond joins me to talk about his war experience, his homecoming and the unrelenting silence our veterans seem to be surrounded by now that the “glory days” of the Good Old U.S.A. appear to be bygone. We’ll explore whether patriotism is alive in our hearts and how or if we might be able to express our support in a way today’s veterans seem to need us to (regardless of how we feel about war or government.) It is a conversation that needs to be heard.
