Michael Johnson, PMI Commonwealth and Keith Smith, Roy Wheeler Realty Co, provided information on how tenants and landlords are managing through the Coronavirus. Keith who is also on the TJPDC board announced a $2.2 million grant to help tenants who don’t have the funds to pay their rent.
