The Miller Center’s Melody Barnes, one-time director of the White House Domestic Policy Council for President Obama, talks with Les Sinclair about the event “Race in the decade since Obama”.   It will include a conversation about what things have changed—or not changed—for people of color in the 10 years since President Obama was inaugurated.
She will be joined by UVA professor Kevin Gaines and The New York Times’ editor of Race/Related, Lauretta Charlton.
