This week has been hard for so many of us. High-profile suicides have rocked the news cycle and now everyone is talking about the suicide hotline. But what about our veterans that have been dying at a rate of 22 each day to suicide? Why can we not speak about this without feeling uncomfortable?

On Coming Home Well today, we speak with Navy veteran Dr. Justin D’Arienzo (www.drdarienzo.com) about the stigma of mental health in our culture and what we can do to prevent our veteran from falling to suicide.
