A revival was taking place in Samaria. Philip was one of the main leaders of this revival. The gospel was being spread in a big way and suddenly God tells Philip to “Go”; leave all the excitement and head south into the desert. The reason? There was one man reading God’s Word and seeking a Savior. Philip obeyed and ministry took place. God wants His lost sheep found and will go to extremes to see it happens.
