Mrs. Berdell Fleming, talks with Les Sinclair about the ProPublica/NYT article indicating a gap between White and African-American students in the Charlottesville School System. Mrs Flemming is a member of The Education Committee of the Albemarle- Charlottesville NAACP, a former educator, lifelong Charlottesville resident and worked in City School for 28 plus years.  She speaks about how the community can help boost these children.
