Mary Miller, a member of the Spicer Art Fund committee, speaks with Les Sinclair about the Mildred W. Spicer Arts Fund announcing of Hiromi Johnson as winner of its fifth annual Arts Award. The Arts Award celebrates inclusive art (visual art, music, writing, poetry, motion/dance) opportunities for people with disabilities within the community. An award celebration recognizing Hiromi for promoting the art form of T’ai Chi throughout the Charlottesville-Albemarle area is scheduled for Monday, November 5, 2018 and is open to the public.
