Justin Luger, of Gentry Locke, filed a Complaint in the United States District Court, challenging the constitutionality of actions by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and Mountain Valley Pipeline (“MVP”). He details the action with Les Sinclair.
