Mimi’s 5k is run in honor/remembrance of Jamie Morton’s Mom “Mimi” who passed away at age 63 from INFLAMMATORY VASCULITIS — the same rare type of cardiovascular disease that cost Harold Ramis his life far too young also.

The race raises funds that go directly to Cardiovascular Research at UVA hospital and with room for about 200 runners total — every registration counts.
