Innocence Project at UVA Law Wins Exoneration for Convicted Man | Deirdre Enright

Les Sinclair talks with Deirdre Enright, Director of Investigation for the University of Virginia Law School’s Innocence Project Clinic.  She discusses details of the case, where a man with an alibi was wrongly identified by four eye-witnesses. She describes how unreliable eye-witness testimony impacted the case.  Luck and a guilty conscience also played their parts to help free an innocent man ten years after his conviction.
