In Honor of Their Service at Central Library | Angela Critics

Jefferson Madison Regional Library’s Angela Critics, joins Les Sinclair on WINA to invite you to learn more about our nation’s military and honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice on Sunday, May 19 at the Central Library. The ” In Honor of Their Service” program runs 2pm – 3:30pm, and attendees will be able to try on uniforms and explore military gear, create a card to send to a current service member, and learn proper flag etiquette. The program will also include an interactive reading about Sergeant Stubby, the dog hero of World War I. It’s open for all ages and made possible by a partnership between Jefferson-Madison Regional Library (JMRL) and the American Legion Auxiliary. More info at: www.jmrl.org.
