Retired Charlottesville ophthalmologist Dr.Arnold Popkin will celebrate his 80th birthday on Sunday, October, 1, by playing a concert at Charlottesville’s First Presbyterian Church starting at 3 pm.

Playing only by memory, this concert will feature the works of Chopin.

Dr. Popkin joins Wendy Edwards to preview the celebration.
