Obamacare users wary of enrollment season. Bankrate.com insurance analyst Doug Whiteman joins Les Sinclair to talk about the recent Bankrate.com recent survey of veteran participants of the Obamacare healthcare exchanges on their prior experience and their likelihood of participation in the upcoming enrollment season. The survey results can be seen at http://bankrate.com/finance/insurance/health-insurance-poll-0914.aspx.

Here are some of the highlights:
• 51% of respondents from households that used the Obamacare health exchange during the last enrollment period said they would not use the exchange again in the new season, 43% said they would.
• 43% said their #1 concern about the new enrollment season was “much higher prices for health plans.”
• 52% said their household’s experience with the exchange was good, 43% said it was bad (including 27% who said it was “very bad”).
• 53% are either very or somewhat confident that the exchanges will operate properly in the new season, vs. 45% who are either not too confident or not at all confident.
