Forty-three percent of Americans think the Affordable Care Act has had a mostly negative impact on the country. A full 21% said it hasn’t made an impact at all. This, from a new Bankrate.com report. In fact, only 28% say the ACA has had a mostly positive impact. As income increases so does negative sentiment; feelings are almost equally split among those with annual household income under $30,000.
