“Sex offenders aren’t a danger to children on Halloween. Drivers are,” according to the National Association for Rational Sexual Offense Laws (NARSOL), who is asking state and local law enforcement agencies throughout the nation to focus their resources on the only area where children are at increased risk of harm this Halloween: vehicular homicide.
