Drivers are,” according to the National Association for Rational Sexual Offense Laws (NARSOL), who is asking state and local law enforcement agencies throughout the nation to focus their resources on the only area where children are at increased risk of harm this Halloween: vehicular homicide. NARSOL’s Executive Director, Brenda Jones, joins us to defend this as a real, scientific, verifiable statistic and to explain who NARSOL is ultimately trying to protect – the sex offender or the child.
