The Community Investment Collaborative’s (CIC) President Stephen Davis, talks with Les Sinclair about the CIC  hosting its fifth Resource Fair at CitySpace on Wednesday, November 16th from 12pm to 4pm. The Resource Fair will offer local entrepreneurs free individual consultations with attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and marketing professionals.
