Friday, September 15, is National POW/MIA Recognition Day here in the US. We speak with Ms. Pam Cain, member of the Board of Directors of the National League of POW-MIA families. Her father Maj. Oscar Mauterer was shot down in 1966 over Laos and has been missing ever since. Pam explains what happened since, what more can be done, and why House Resolution 219 and Senate Resolution 61 can help over 1600 families of downed servicemen.
