Coming Home Well – Chad Layman – The Adventure Race

The Fine Earth Adventure Race (www.k9adventurerace.com) is coming this June, and we speak with race founder Chad Layman about what it is and why he founded the race.  The grandson of two WWII veterans, Chad discusses his own battles with demons and how rescuing a shelter dog ended up with him being rescued himself.  The Adventure Race benefits the K9s for Warriors (www.k9sforwarriors.org) charity, which focuses on training shelter dogs to be PTSD service dogs for veterans.  Give this show a listen, and hit the subscribe button!
