We have talked many times about the challenges veterans face with maintaining their mental health after combat. But what if we can address possible mental health challenges before the military member even leaves the service?  Can we, and should we, better train our military to handle the mental strains of combat before they go to work?  We speak with former Air Force Captain Patricia Capps, legislative director for the Central VA chapter of the MOAA, about the creation of a Behavioral Health Corps and what that would mean for military members and veterans.
