Sometimes, you just gotta get on your bike and ride.  We speak with Ben Shaw, Regional Director of Virginia Veteran & Family Support, who is a Marine Corps veteran that struggled with coming back from Iraq.  He ended up riding over 13,000 miles and started redefining his identity.  Now, his story offers hope to those veterans that are also trying to come home well.
