The Polar Plunge is February 8 in Virginia Beach and Lt. Steve Knick, of Charlottesville Police Dept. organizes the team each year for CPD. It’s one of their two big fundraisers for the Virginia Special Olympics, the other being the Law Enforcement Torch Run in July.  Lt.
