CAAR’s 2023 year end report was released this week. Low inventory and high interest rates caused a smaller the number of home to sell in 2023 as compared to 2022 and even less than sales in 2021. CAAR leaders Anne Burroughs and Josh White joined host, Michael Guthrie to share why 2024 will end up being a year that shows the number of home sales will increase year over year for the 1st time in several years.
