The American Red Cross, facing a critical shortage of type O blood, will be hosting a blood drive this Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th 11:000am – 3:00pm at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel Ballroom. Red Cross spokesperson, Bernadette Jay joins Wendy to talk about the urgent need, and how patient care can be directly impacted.
