Barbara Hutchinson shares information about how the Greater Charlottesville Health Coalition is offering basic presentation session on the Affordable Care Act at local library branches the week of March 10. Attendees will get answers to basic questions about the new requirements, tax credits, changes to insurance policies and how to get local assistance in signing up before the March 31 deadline.
