Orange County Fire Marshal investigating fire at Montpelier

ORANGE COUNTY, VA (CVILLERIGHTNOW) – The Orange County Fire Marshal is investigating a Monday evening fire on the Montpelier Foundation property. The structure that burned appears to part of an archaeology lab on the property, according to a photo posted on the Montpelier Volunteer Fire Department Facebook page.

More information about the fire and conditions firefighters faced will be released mid-day, according to the post.
