(DURHAM, NC-WINA) The Virginia Men’s Basketball team earned one of the toughest regular season wins in recent history, breaking a 17 game losing streak at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Virginia led 32-22 at the half, but Duke went on a 17-4 run early in the second half to bring it back to a neck and neck contest. Virginia trailed off and on throughout the second half, but never by more than 5 points. As they stayed within striking distance, the Hoos got big performances from De’Andre Hunter ( who left the game with a sprained ankle) as well as Kyle Guy and Ty Jerome. Virginia was led by Kyle Guy with 17 points, Devon Hall contributed 14, Ty Jerome poured in 13 and De’Andre Hunter scored 12.
